We collect the following data:

  • Email : for authentication and sending results
  • Uploaded images : for Focalis-X analysis only
  • EXIF metadata : camera technical information
  • IP address : for security and abuse prevention
  • Analysis history : for your personal tracking

3. Processing Purposes

Your data is used to:

  • Provide the photographic analysis service
  • Authenticate your access via OTP code
  • Maintain your analysis history
  • Improve service quality
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Your consent : when uploading an image
  • Contract performance : providing the analysis service
  • Legitimate interest : security and service improvement

5. AI Processing

Your images are analyzed by Focalis-X, our proprietary analysis system. Images are securely transmitted and are not retained after analysis. No automated decisions with legal effects are made based on these analyses.

6. Data Retention

  • Images : 30 days after analysis
  • Analysis results : 12 months
  • Account data : until account deletion
  • Security logs : 6 months

7. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:

  • AI infrastructure providers : for Focalis-X processing
  • Resend : for sending emails
  • Cloudflare : for security (CAPTCHA)
  • Hosting provider : secure data storage

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, secure storage, access limitation, access logging.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access : obtain a copy of your data
  • Rectification : correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure : delete your data
