FOCALIS is an online photography analysis service powered by Focalis-X, our AI analysis system. The service provides technical analysis (exposure, focus, composition) and personalized advice to improve your photos.

2. Access to Service

Access to the service requires a valid email address. Each user receives 5 free analyses. Access may be suspended in case of non-compliance with these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using the service, you warrant that you own the rights to these images or have obtained the necessary permissions. Images are processed solely to provide analysis and are not used for any other purpose.

4. Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to upload content that is:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit
• Depicting minors
• Violent, hateful, or discriminatory
• Infringing on third-party rights
• Illegal under French law

Any inappropriate content will be automatically rejected and may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

The analyses provided are generated by Focalis-X for informational purposes only. FOCALIS does not guarantee the accuracy of results and cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on these analyses.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service accessible 24/7, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
